Problem Linking Excel Send to Outlook

We use Excel and Outlook, usually without any problems.
One of our users recently started having problems sending
an Excel spreadsheet from within Excel. She get's error
messages to the effect that Excel can't find the email
system. Any idea where we should start looking?
