problem on installation of MS office 2003

i am trying to intall MS Office and it is a new original CD and i got this
message each time:
" Office program has not been installed for the current user. Please run
setup to install the application. "

what i have to do to sort it out this problem?
i am the administrator of my own pc and i am using windows xp
