Problem opening Outlook 2000

Sometimes when I try to launch Outlook 2000, it doesn't
seem to open. I tried Ctrl-Alt-Del once and it showed it
in there. When I selected it and clicked on end task,
Outlook opened up. Any ideas on why this happens?
