problem oulook 2002 sp3

Hello
I've an email that i can't see with oulook 2002 sp3, if i uninstall the
outlook and install it without sps i can see the email, i send it to a friend
with outlook 2003 he can see the email. Can I do anything without having to
change the version of my outlook?
