everytime I open Outlook 2002 the Standard Toolbar keeps duplicating itself
while I am working in on a new email or just changing between folders. Now I
have over a dozen Standard (send/receive) toolbars being displayed. Has
anyone run into this problem? Does anyone know what is causing this and how
to fix it? Its driving me nuts!
