Problem starting Outlook

I just updated to outlook 2003 yesterday. Everytime I
quit Outlook, It will not restart unless I reboot, or
delete Outlook.exe from processes in task manager.

I am having the same problem with Outlook Express
installed on my new Dell. I can open it sometimes and
then when I switch to a different identity it refuses to
switch, then will not open at all unless I reboot.
