Problem with New Distribution Lists

We have a problem which has just started happening. We use Exchange 2003 and
Outlook 2003. After adding a new Distribution List to our system the list
does not appear in the address book through Outlook.

Every thing is correct in AD and if you preview the Global Address List on
the exchange server the DL is there. We have tried renewing and rebuilding
the catalogs through system manager on exchange but the DL is still missing.
Outlook is not running in cached mode and have tried downloading a new
version of the address book with any success.

Does any body have any ideas, other people on other sites have had the same
problem but no one seems to have found an answer.
