Problem with office

Hi,

I installed office 2003 yesterday. I did everything it
said. I registered no problem. I only got one end user
agreement pop up. I sent it.

Now I can't use my word, I get this for a message:

Cannot display The End User License Agreement which must
be displayed and accepted before you can use the
application. To display the agreement, reinstall the
application.

OK, I did that, also did the repair part too. Nothing.
When I click on Help and the activate, it tells me that I
have activated it. So why can't I get my templets to
open with out the message?
