Hello,
I have a user in norway (they are on our network) that keeps losing
there folders (the sub folders within inbox and sent etc).
She just needs to close outlook or restart the machine and the folders
come back.
We have run scanost.exe but the problem still remains.
She's said she is okay to work for the time being, but this is a major
inconvience for her.
If anyone has any ideas please get in touch.
