Problem with Outlook

I have run into a problem wher Oulook will not start as
it is telling me "A required componenet is missing:
OMINT.DLL" and the "Please instal Microsoft Outlook
again".

I am actually looking to convert to Outlook Expres and
was wondering if there is a way to import the old
Microsoft Outlook files into Outlook Express without re-
installing Microsoft Outlook.

Any ideas?
