Problem with printing html-messages

Hi!

We have user that has problems with printing html-message from Outlook
2003. The problem is that default Paper Size is Letter and it should be
A4. If I change Paper Size Letter to A4 and restart Outlook, there is
Letter again. Where can I change this default setting, printer default
should be set to A4?
