Problem with Project using vb.net

Currently my application open a project file in an invisible mode but if I
want to open another file by clicking on the same 'Open' button, both project
files are open and it appear that both files are in visible mode. How can I
restrict that only 1 project file that can be opened at a time? Or can I open
more than 1 project files in invisible mode?

After the fileOpen methood, repeat Application.visible=false

i did it but it seems that the second time i open a project file, both files
appears to be visible mode.

True, but repeating Application.visible=false resets MS project to not
visible
Visible is not a property of the project but of the application.
