I have a public folder that I use to track work orders and accept
requests via an smtp email address.
I created a filter for this folder that would take new messages that did
not have a particular subject prefix and forward them to a distro list
and then delete them from the folder.
This filter functioned like a champ for well over 8 months. One day I
started to notice a buildup of messages that normally would have been
forwarded and deleted. That's when I noticed the filter was disabled.
This would seem to happen each day as if the filter was disabled after I
shutdown my computer.
Any ideas what would cause this? Nothing was changed with the public
folder or it's smtp email address. The filter is still the same filter,
the distro list is still the same, etc.
