Problem

I'm using Project 2003, am a new user and inherited this file. I am having
trouble getting the Gant chart to print future or past dates for tasks. It
will only show the chart through the current date in the print preview or if
printed. The triangle buttons do not work to move forward or backward to view
the data that's entered. Essentially I get a snapshot with only 3 months of
data showing and can't move the parameters. I include six columns of data on
each page of the printed charts to clarify information. There is a vertical
dotted line on my Gant view located on the current date. It moves out with
the current date. the chart will not print past that line/date.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

If you select File, Print then enter a date range and then click the Preview
button does that work?

thank you. I found these resorcess very informative and they will be helpful
in learning more about Project. I have a lot to learn. However, I was not
able to find any reference to my problem with printing future dates in Gantt
charts. Do you have any other suggestions?
