After I installed Outlook 2002 instead of 2000 I have a
problem which occurs only when I synchronize with my
mobile phone. Outlook comes up with a message box " Cannot
contact LDAP directory server (81)". I don't use such a
server, the only adressbook are the Outlook contacts. The
other problem is that Outlook shows me of every contact
also the fax number and in the small window you cannot see
which one you choose, when you send an e-mail. And third
problem is, that I cannot use the organize button to
create a rule. It tells me that I don't have the
permissions for this folder. Otherwise the rules can be
created. I have already reinstalled Outlook, it doesen't
help.
