Problems generating an email using OLE!?

Hi,

I am generating an email message using OLE. The message is populated using
OLE, but if the body text is updated by the user and Outlook is not open
then updates to the body text are not sent, just the original email. If
this is then conducted with the Outlook client open the updates are sent ok.

This is using Outlook 2000 on Winnt.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve this without having to
have Outlook open?
