Problems inserting video

Hi! I have your problem, but backwards. I have
Mediaplayer files that I want to insert into my Powerpoint
presentation. But my PPT only allows Quicktime. I am
using an iMac. I have no clue how to change thesettings so
that the Powerpoint sees the Mediaplayer files. Do you?

that when i go to that slide the video automaticaly
begins...how can i do that? I tried to convert it with
RAD Video Tool but it only convert the video but not the
audio...i view the file properties and it said that the
sound is IMA 4:1
