Problems printing email

I am running Outlook 2003 from Windows 2003 terminal server. Whenever I receive a new email, I open it then print. I then close the email and immediately receive an error message. At this point, I am asked if I want to send Microsoft a report. When I click Don't Send, Outlook closes and reopens. The only way around this is by printing emails using the preview pane. Does anyone know why this occurs
