Problems printing Helvetica from Office Apps

I cannot print Helvetica font from my Office programs. I have tried printing
from Office 2000, XP, 2003 with no success. Other programs print Helvetica
with no problem. This refers to actual type in Powerpoint and objects
embedded or inserted.
