Problems reloading Office Student and Teachers edition 2003

Had this program already installed on my system, then did a system restore,
then the cd-writer/cd-rom and dvd-rom quit working. After I did the restore I
could not get any office products to work, it is in the program files. Can I
go to Microsoft and have them send me a download of this product? I have the
cd and the product pin.

Was it a 'restore' or a 'recovery' that you did?.. there is a huge
difference.. one just repairs system files and the other completely
overwrites the entire drive..
