Problems syncing workspace

Running PWA 2007.
Trying to sync the workspace to enusre the correct users have
permissions on the WSS.
When I select the workspace and press "Synchronize" I get a huge error
report emailed to me containi9ng messages like:

error id="24018" name="ReportingWssSyncListFailed"
uid="ae8d5e49-010a-41e3-b4fa-6f635324cc2f" SPListType="1100"
Error="Project with UID 'dea97208-9980-49c0-88e6-2321cbef6155' has
more then one SPLists with template type 1100. WSS transfer can be
done only for projects with only one list of this type" />

What is going on?

Have you modified the out-of-the-box sharepoint project workspace template?
Sounds like you might have and that some of the modifications were not
valid.
