Problems Uninstalling Outlook 2002

I have a problem with my email accounts. I have tried to
uninstall Outlook 2002 (with Office XP). When I
reinstall the software, the email accounts are still
valid. There appear to be some information that is not
removed in the uninstall program that prevents a clean
uninstall. Any suggestions out there?
