Problems when Closing

Hey everytime I close Outook 2002(xp) it tells me "Outlook has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" and it has a
check mark next to Restart Outlook...anyone have this problem.

Also it seems to be in the msmapi32.dll
