Problems with Converting to PDF

Hi:

I recently created some new templates (.dot) in Word 2003 and have started
uploaded them on the server for everyone to use. However once I create a new
document (.doc) using the template and try to "Convert to PDF" via the PDF
toolbar in Word, there is nothing for me to select from. Usually, there are
3 drop-down options you can select when converting to a PDF (i.e. Convert to
PDF, Cover to PDF and Email, Convert to PDF and Send for Review), but with
these new documents, there are no options to pick from.

The only method for me to create the PDF is to print to Adobe PDF.

Did I miss a step when I created the templates?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have the PDFMaker.dot template in the Startup folder? Look at Tools |
Templates and Add-ins and see if it is checked as loaded. Or, if the toolbar
is loaded and just not displayed, rightl-click on any toolbar and select it
from the list.
