Product Activation

I purchased the full user version of MS Office Professional and installed it
on a home PC. The product license agreement indicates you can also install
it on a laptop if that is to be used by the same individual. The home pc
version works fine, but we can't seem to get to the product activation wizard
on the laptop. We receive a msg stating the product key is invalid - yet it
is the same product key # used to install the product on the home pc.
Can anyone help with the proper steps to get this working on the laptop?

I can't quite tell -- are you having difficulty actually installing Office
on the laptop, or is it installed on the laptop and you're having trouble
activating it?

If the laptop came with a trial version of Office 2003
preinstalled on the hard drive by the computer manufacturer, then
you need to uninstall the trial version before you install your
full version.
