product key incorrect

Hi!

My word was not working so i uninstall office XP and tried to reinstall it.
But it shows the mesg that product key is incorrect. I used the same product
key when i installed office for the first time but now it is not working.
Please help!

If the product key you are entering is correct, try running a search for the
file 'data.dat' and delete it. Restart the computer and try installing Office
again.
