I have the following setup:
Laptop with Outlook XP (setup with 2 profiles): Dave and Brian
Exchange Server with two accounts: david.h and brian.h
If I get Outlook to explicitly ask which profile to use everything works
fine. I put in david.h credentials and I get in to the david.h Exch
account. Conversely, if I put in brian.h creds I get in to the brian.h
account.
However, if I get Outlook to use the default profile (which I choose to be
david.h) then i can log in to the david.h account in the Exch system using
the brian.h creds. The dialog box still pops up asking for username and
password but if I put in the brian.h username and password then I can still
see the david.h account on the Exch box because that was the default profile
that was used.
Is this by design?
