Profile wizard on new pc won't recognise profile copied from old p

I ran the Office Profile Wizard on my old pc and saved the resulting .ops
file on my new pc. But when I run the Wizard there, it won't recognise this
file nor the directory path to it. Both systems are running XP Pro and
Office 2003.
