"Program Error" after editing Notes in Outlook 2000

Has anyone seen a situation where Outlook 2000 crashes,
presenting a "Program Error" dialog box, about 5-10
minutes after editing any item in Outlook Notes? I've had
this happening quite reliably for a month or more;
fortunately, I don't edit Notes too often.
