I made a Plan and that Time i assigned 200 Hours and 3 Resources on a Task.
But at the time of Project Execution the Scenario is different all i need is
the 1 Resouce with 100 Hours for the same duration. The Plan is Baseline. If
I remove any Resource then the Total time of my Project are being changed. i
Dont want that. But if i mark that task to 100% then it means that 200 hours
worked performed on that task . whereas in actual it was 100 hours. How can i
handle this situation

Removnig the second resource from the plan will not change your baseline of
200 hours. It will, however, change your project EAC downward by the value
of those 100 hours removed.

When the task is complete, take 100% Complete, supply an acutal finish date,
change actual work to 100 hours and remaining work to 0 hours. This way you
are claiming 200 hours credit against your baseline at a cost of 100 hours.

If you found this informatin useul, please consider rating my response.

What is the difference between Fixed Unit and Fixed Unit with Effort Driven
Task?

Task Type (Fixed Unit, etc) and Effort Driven are two totally different
concepts. The setting of effort driven versus non-effort driven controls
what happens when you add or remove resources (ie, resource names) on the
task - if I add a second person should the duration change or should it
remain the same. The task type setting of 'Fixed Units (or fixed duration
or fixed work) controls what happens when you change the assignment
parameters for the resources on the task without actually adding or removing
bodies - I had Joe at 100 hours of work, what does it mean when I reduce him
to 50 hours - does it mean the duration has gone down or he's now free for
50% of each workday to do other things? (Fixed Units means he's still tied
up 100% but the task duration should drop if I change the work estimate.)
