Proj. Professional Account Unable to Connect

I am trying to create an account to connect from Proj.
Professional to Project Server. I have typed in the
address and I know it works, I have tried it through PWA,
but when I try to verify, it tells me that there is an
Unexpected Server Response and when I view the details, it
gives me an HTTP 405 Resouce not allowed error.

Has anyone seen this before?

I have a tried it on a number of computers and the same
error message appears.
