Project 2003, unable to save changes

I just installed 2003 project, and now when I open an existing file, it
will open just fine, but will not allow me to SAVE any changes I make.
I get the unexpected error, and it wants to send the info to MS and if
I want to reopen the program after shut down. Any ideas?
