Project 2003

I've just installed and started using Project 2003. I've used Project 2002,
and I'm getting different results in 2003, than for the same project in 2002.
Oh, and I've installed SP1 for Project.

When I add tasks, and subtasks in a Gantt Chart, they all have the same
start date, and line up that way on the calendar. Even when I link them, and
specify a project start date, all tasks are starting on the same date. I
checked the task dependencies, and they are all FS.

I'm thinking I missed something in setup? Can anyone shed some light on this?
