Project 2007 and Access

In regard to my previous thread, my client is using Project 2007 (not an
option to go down to 2003) and I need to tie into Access to download data
from Project. Are there any ODBC or other options out there?

HI,

Unfortunately Project 2007 does not support ODBC any more. See:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/project/HA101691071033.aspx

Microsoft now recommends xml for import and export of data. Alternatively
you can use VBA to import and export data to databases. I can help with that
if you want.

Sorry, minor update:

Project can open an ODBC data source, but not save to it except via xml or
VBA code.

Thanks for your help. It looks like a combination of export and savings as
xml might work for most of my issues (still missing UDF's in the xml files).
