Project Export to Excel

everytime I export dates, start date or finish date, to Excel, in Excel the
dates always include the time.
In MS Project I already changed the date format in the table view.

for instance, in MS Project a task start date is 12/1/05. When I export to
Excel, the excel spreadsheet apeals like this - 12/01/2005 8:00am. How can I
export the dates that I specified in MS Project to Excel without changing the
dates format?
