Project Links can't be updated

Whenever I upload a document to a sharepoint site created
for a project, I
get the folowing error.

Project links unable to be updated in the Project
Database. Please see
administrator.

I'm not sure what would cause this to occur.

I have WSS setup on a Virtual Server using the WMSDE.
Project Server, on
the same box, points to a SQL Server.

Any help would be aprreciated. Thanks!!

To add some more information, the Project db was upgraded
from 2002 to 2003. The upgraded project db was then moved
to a new server. It would appear that the project db
still thinks it needs to contact the old prod server to
perform some task during the upload of the document.

I can't figure out for the life of me where in the SQL DB
it is storing this information for getting back to the old
server.

Any help??
