Project macro security level to low

I'm running a macro in my project. how can I make sure that the macro
security is always set to low? i tried setting the AutomationSecurity
property to 1 on close, on save, on exit, and still no luck.

You can't. That setting can't be altered by a macro otherwise the virus
would simply set it to low and then run.
