Project Manager can see Projects

I have a user who has the Project Manager access to Project Server 2003,
except when he opens up Project Pro and logs on to the server he can't see
any projects in the open project dialog. He is also unable to see the
projects in WebAccess. No other users are reporting this problem.

What can I do so he can open and work on the projects?

In the future, please post your Project Server questions to the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is devoted to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question,
let me ask you another question: Is the user actually the manager of any
projects? By this I mean, did the manager actually create and save any
projects himself? If the answer is no, then you need to know that the
default permissions in Project Server 2003 only allow each PM to see his/her
own projects in both Microsoft Project Professional and PWA. Hope this
