Project Ownership

I know how to edit the ownership of a Project in Web Access and I also know
how to change the ownership in Project Pro. Is there a way that when the
ownership is changed in Project Pro that the ownership in Web Access is
automatically changed so that you don't have to go through those steps in
both places?

Thank you for your response Mike. I still have not been able to find an
answer to my question.

Because of the disconnect in ownership information between Project Pro and
Web Access is there somewhere I can look to see who actually owns a project,
last person who published it as apposed to who is assigned as the owner in
Web Access?
