Project plan isn't updated from the timesheets in Project Web Acce

Hi,
We're using project server 2007 without SP1. I have a project manager who
accepted a task update from a user but the actual work isn't showing up in
the task usage view. The user enters and imports their timesheet and the
actuals are protected. If you click on collaboration, update project
progress, go to and applied requests and errors, the task is showing
approved. I have tried to sync to protected actuals through tools and
tracking but the time still doesn't show up in task usage. Is there another
way to get this information to show up correctly in the project? Any help is
greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

D

I can help you: INSTALL SP1 IMMEDIATELY! The issue you describe is one of
the bugs fixed in Project Server 2007. Make sure you install it for WSS,
Project Server 2007, and for every user's Microsoft Project Professional
2007. Hope this helps
