I have created several small schedules that use the following columns -
indicator, task name, contact, duration, start, finish, and predecessors.
Each task within these schedules is linked to several other task to create a
visual gantt chart to how the project is flowing.
Next, I have a master schedule that has had all these small schedules
imported into it to be able to link task through out each small schedule to
show a master gantt chart which is used by my design team to keep a overall
view of the project.
Now for the problem - I still have to use my small schedules for bi-weekly
meetings with the client, the only problem I have come across is that the
master schedule has caused each small schedule to list task that are linked
to another schedule. How do I get rid of these task that belong in one small
schedule that is linked to another(they come up in a grey font)?
