we are going to imstall Project server 2007 to a client who already
have Microsoft Axapta ,I have never worked on a project like that and
I have searched the net yesterday trying to find more resources i
couldn't, can anyone please just guide me and tell me if there is any
problems i might face or any advice

the client requirements are as below

Projects and Project Budgets
Projects and their budgets in Microsoft EPM and Dynamics AX are kept
synchronized. This means that if a Project is created in EPM, it is
also created in Axapta. Whenever there is a change on the project
budget in EPM, the budget needs to be version controlled in Axapta.

WBS & Activity Hierarchies
The synchronization of Activities and Activity hierarchies is
performed in one way interaction. This means if a task or WBS is
created in Project Server, a corresponding activity and activity
hierarchy is created in Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Tasks & Activities
To match up with the WBS, Microsoft Dynamics AX uses Activities and
Activity Hierarchies

Resources & Employees
Since the employee table is tied into several other tables in
Microsoft Dynamics AX, the synchronization for employees to the
resources in Project Server is a one way interaction from Microsoft
Dynamics AX to EPM. This means that if an employee is created in
Microsoft Dynamics AX, it is created as a resource in EPM.

Cost Per Material
Since project managers should not modify material costs and since the
cost of materials is handled in Axapta, the synchronization for cost
of materials for certain associated tasks will be imported from Axapta
to EPM.

Malik:

I think your client may want to rethink the requirements with someone who
understands EPM really well, but everything you want to do is doable through
custom development. Your best asset is the SDK for both applications.
