Project server setup

Tommy,

I am currently finishing a new install and had the same
problem. Basically the fix I did was to create the
database on the SQL server first then create a user (I
called it project). I found after doing this that when I
ran the script "setupdb.cmd" it work as it should have.
Basically the script does not create the database and
thats where the problem was.
