Project Summary Tasks in the Enterprise Global

It appears that even though the Enterprise Global has the project summary
task setting turned on, it will only pick it up if you start a plan from a
template which has the Task 0 setting. Even though I set this for the
enterprise, it won't stick. It appears setting it up in the Enterprise
Global is irrelevant. Is that so? How can I make the Project Summary Task
always show up, even without opening a plan from template?

As you have discovered, you cannot use the Enterprise Global to
automatically display the Project Summary Task in a new blank project. In
fact, short of using a macro, there is no automatic way to do this. The
best you can do is to display the Project Summary Task in all of your
organization's enterprise project templates, and then to train everyone to
display it when they create a new project using a blank project. Hope this
