Project Web Permissions

For some reason, whenever I upload a single document into Project Web, I get
the error message, "You do not have permissions to view this page." I'm not
entirely sure what I have not got permissions to see, because once I have
ok'ed this, and the document has uploaded fine, I have permissions to do
anything to the file (delete it, edit it etc.).
