I have a couple of projects that were checked out and
apparently not properly saved that show as "checked out".
How can I change the status back to checked in?

When you check the projects back in, you will lose the changes that were
made by the user that checked them out.

In the MSP web, select [Admin][Manage Enterprise Features][Check in
enterprise projects], select the project, then click [Check-in]
