ProjectServer PROD and SANDBOX DBs

You can have MS Project Server 2003 installed on the Server and then somehow
configure it to have multiple SQL databases and have for example: one SQL DB
for "ProjServerProduction" and another one for the users to test things, i.e
"ProjServerSandbox" right?

Teh editsite tool from Microsoft will let you setup just such a configuation.
It is call hosted or muliple instances of Project Server. The follow link
