Property was not found error

I created this database in Microsoft Access 2007 (12.0.6211.1000) SP1 MSO
(12.0.6213.1000). Everything works great. The problem is when I give the
same database to someone else who is running Microsoft Access 2007
(12.0.6211.1000) SP1 MSO (12.0.XXXX.5000), certain reports cannot be
previewed. The error Property was Not Found prevents the report from being
viewed. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Thank you.

Suggestions:

1. Make sure they have *some* printer installed.
Access uses the metrics from the printer driver to calculate how to lay out
the report. If there is no printer (or the default printer driver is
faulty), it can throw errors and refuse to open the report.

2. Make sure you have not assigned to report to a specific printer.

3. Try these recovery steps:

There are several things there that may solve the issue for you, such as
Name AutoCorrect, decompile, compact, references.
