Pro's and Con's splitting Office install

what are your thoughts on the Pro's and Con's on just installing 80 copies of
Office 2003 and not on other's workstations? $ is a factor so Senior
Management's idea is to deploy what we have then install more later. I think
it's a licensing nightmare plus we have DB's on Access 97. Meaning we'd have
to split out Access for the office install yada yada yada

sorry but that didn't help, I was more looking for the avantages and
disadvantages of having Office 97 and Office 2003 installed at the same time.

If Access97 is used a lot, I would personally wait and do the whole
place at once rather than try to maintain two sets on some machines and
then try to sort pieces when someone 2003's a 97database file on you.
