Protecting a ppt page from any one else being able to make changes

Does anyone know if there is a way to lock a page or protect it so that no
one can make changes on it if they have a copy of it?

Not sure what you mean by page. If you mean web page, the answer would be no.
If you mean a slide, the answer would also be no. If you mean a presentation
file, yes, you can do a couple of things depending on your version of
PowerPoint, but you didn't mention that either.
